What are the vouchers valid for:
The gift vouchers can be used to pay, or part pay for any stay at Acton Scott Escapes. Any remaining balance can be paid with card at check out. The voucher can also go towards one of the hampers we offer.
Holiday rentals available:
Hatton Grove: A holiday house with a large garden, sleeps up to 11 people. Great for celebrations, family get togethers or a group of friends wanting to catch up.
The Safari Tent: Get closer to nature without compromising on luxuries, sleeps up to 5 people. Great for families or friends looking for a relaxing break in a woodland.
The Shepherd’s Huts: Choose from the Red Kite hut or the Kingfisher hut, each one sleeps up to 2 people, great for couples or the solo traveller who want a peaceful getaway.
How long do I have to use a voucher?
Vouchers can only be used once and are valid for 2 years from the date of purchase. The expiry date is clearly written on the voucher.
Where can I use the voucher?
Vouchers can only be used with direct bookings via the website, once you have chosen the date and the rental you want to book, add any extras and then add the voucher code at the checkout.
I don’t know what date the voucher recipients will want to book.
Our vouchers are valid for 2 years, so you don’t have to choose a date, this will be entered when the voucher holders book the holiday themselves. For an idea on how much a holiday is, you can find prices here.
What if I don’t spend the full voucher amount?
Unfortunately no change can be given and the voucher balance cannot be exchanged for cash.
How can I purchase a voucher?
To purchase a voucher, send us an email or give us a call. We will need to know the amount you wish to put on the voucher, the email to send it to, or postage address, and your contact details. We will then send you the bank details/payment link.
How will I receive the voucher?
Your voucher will be emailed to you. Should you need it posted there will be a small additional cost.
